Application and Timing
The page says to stay tuned for the 2026 competition and still prints a 2025 calendar: applications April 14–April 30, 2025, and the competition on May 22, 2025. No 2026 deadline was posted at the 2026-10-08 capture.
Participants
All University of Denver degree-seeking students. The page says 8–10 teams are invited to pitch, at Community Commons. Finalists can receive support and access to du-base-camp.
Funding and Equity
The current page says prizes are $6,000 total, $2,000 for each of three categories. It does not say the prizes take equity. An older guidelines page lists $1,500, $1,000, and $500. funding_max follows the current program page’s category prize, not the older scale and not the $6,000 combined pool.
Recent Activity
The page remained the live competition URL on 2026-10-08, with the 2025 date and the “stay tuned” line both present. The last dated competition on the page is May 22, 2025.
