    Application and Timing

The challenge is each quarter, as the course culminates. The hub calendar lists 4impact Challenge Fall 2026 on November 11. An application deadline separate from the course is not published.

    Participants

The program page ties the challenge to BUS 1440 and to business majors. It says student teams pitch to industry judges each quarter. It does not say the challenge is open to every DU student. A separate du-eweek-pitch-competition is the campus-wide pitch.

    Funding and Equity

The challenge page says teams compete for recognition and feedback. It does not state a cash prize. The Entrepreneurship@DU hub calls 4impact a pitch competition “to get funding and feedback” and does not state an amount. No funding minimum or maximum is recorded. Equity is not discussed.

Hub teasers on 2026-10-08 say NeuroClip won the 2026 Winter 4impact Challenge and that women won big at the Fall 2025 challenge. The teasers do not include prize figures or founder names beyond NeuroClip.
