Application and Timing
The 2026 page lists applications from February 23 to March 30, 2026, pitches the week of April 6, interviews the week of April 13, and a cohort announcement the week of April 20. The program ran July 24 through August 27, 2026. The 2027 application window is not on the captured page.
Participants
Degree-seeking University of Denver undergraduates, graduate students, and PhD students, plus a limited number of alumni teams. Teams are 1–5 founders. For the 2026 cycle, at least one member had to be a current student as of March 30, 2026, or an eligible alumnus. Alumni teams must be at the MVP or product-validation stage. Up to seven teams, including up to two alumni teams.

The page states a $5,000 stipend per team, plus in-kind support. It does not state an equity term. Accepted teams commit to 16–24 hours per week in The Garage on campus.
Recent Activity
The Summer 2026 dates were still the dates printed on the live page at the 2026-10-08 capture, after that cohort’s end date.
Known Startups or Winners
The program page does not name the 2026 teams. A separate 2025 Daniels article, not used as the funding source for this note, described a prior cohort. No 2026 winner list was on the official program page.
