The WCE Pitch Competition gives UH students from across campus an opportunity to pitch business ideas for awards to launch and scale ventures. Fall 2025 awarded $10,000 total across three tracks: **Idea** (2-minute pitches, up to $2,000 first place), **Prototype** (3-minute pitches for validated solutions, up to $3,000 first place), and **Scale** (4-minute pitches for established businesses seeking growth).
Cohosted by the uh-wolff-center, uh-red-labs, and UH's Collegiate Entrepreneurs' Organization (CEO) chapter. Workshop and mentor feedback sessions precede finals. Note: no official "Cougar Pitch" branded competition was identified; WCE Pitch is the primary campus pitch event.
