The UH Technology Bridge is a 70-acre innovation park adjacent to the UH campus along the Gulf Freeway, providing plug-and-play lab space, customizable offices, and land for lease to support startups, scale-ups, and R&D teams. With 15 buildings and approximately 692,000 square feet of mixed-use space (including the former Schlumberger Oil Field Technology Center), Technology Bridge is Houston's premier university-affiliated innovation park.
