Funding and Equity
The 2025 Demo Day offered up to two TAF Catalyst Investments of up to $50,000 each structured as convertible notes or SAFEs. Prior cycles awarded other non-dilutive awards. Participation in Demo Day alone does not take equity; the equity-like terms apply only to selected Catalyst Investments.
