Marist Young Entrepreneurs
Student-led entrepreneurship club founded in Fall 2024 by Tyler Mecca '27. Aims to assist aspiring entrepreneurs by organizing programs, events, and activities that help members learn how to start and grow ventures and connect with opportunities like the New York Business Plan Competition.
Meets bi-weekly. Membership grew 250%+ within the first year. Hosted an Innovation Challenge in November 2025 with 30 teams, 60 participants, and 15 judges. Official faculty advisor: Dr. David Gavin.
