About the program · 1 linked sources

Launch Lab is the University of Rhode Island's hub for student innovation, entrepreneurship, and applied learning, located in the library innovation labs. It supports students from all majors through mentoring, workshops, and experiential programs. Mentoring covers idea development, problem framing, and project execution. The lab hosts workshops and networking. It says initiatives are integrated with coursework and funding pathways so students can earn credit, access project resources, and do grant-supported experimentation. College of Business courses INE 249 and INE 349 use the lab to develop and present venture ideas. The lab also supports student-athletes on name, image, and likeness projects.
