Technology transfer and commercialization office within Rutgers Office for Research. Manages intellectual property, patents, licensing, and startup formation. Runs the annual Innovation Showcase (venture presentations to investors/industry). Also administers the Technology Transfer Traineeship for graduate students and postdocs. Established 2023 partnership with NJ Association of State Colleges and Universities for tech-transfer collaboration.
