Entrepreneurship and Technology Innovation Center (ETIC)
State-certified business incubator at NYIT's Old Westbury (Long Island) campus. Established 2015, 8,000 sq ft, certified by NYS Empire State Development. Supports early-stage ventures in IT/cybersecurity, bioengineering/medical devices, and energy/green technologies.
Facilities include: Cybersecurity Lab, Energy/Green Technologies Lab, Bioengineering Lab, Fabrication/Rapid Prototyping Lab, Nanofabrication Facility, Class 10,000 Clean Room, Motion Capture Lab, data center, 100-seat auditorium. Capacity for up to 10 startups.
Active ETIC Partners: Chroma Projections, GPT Energy, March Antoni Racing Corp., Play for All Media, POM Portal, Robots Lab, Standard Bots, TG Innovations. Also has a NASA contract for student-built prototypes from NASA patents.
