The University of Miami Office of Technology Transfer (OTT), founded in 1989, is dedicated to assessing, protecting, and commercializing UM-owned innovations. Services include exclusive and non-exclusive licenses, assignments, MTAs, CDAs, and DUAs. Works closely with the Wallace H. Coulter Center for Translational Research at the Miller School of Medicine. Part of the U Innovation umbrella network.
