Year-long structured incubator pathway housed within the Venture & Innovation Center. Takes student founders through three sequential stages: Johnny's Innovation Challenge (fall ideation), James & Eileen Christmas Business Plan Competition (spring for-profit pitch), and VIC Startup BootCamp (summer 8-week intensive). Each event can be entered independently. Only the most engaged participants earn the summer BootCamp capstone.

The program also provides access to VIC support services, external competitions (NY Business Plan Competition, Hult Prize, Big East Startup Challenge), and international programs (European Innovation Academy in Portugal).
