Innovation Grove

Innovation Grove is a $102.3 million innovation district being developed by Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in partnership with Union Health and the Indiana Orthopedic Institute. Construction began in late 2024, with the first phase (Rose-Hulman Ventures building, 35,000 sq ft) reaching its topping-out milestone in February 2026 and scheduled for completion in December 2026. The district will also include a 40,000 sq ft surgical center, 5-megawatt solar farm, STEM/robotics education facilities, Sawmill Society spaces, and Innovation Trails. Backed by Lilly Endowment, EDA, READI, and ARPA funding.
