ESCALATE

ESCALATE (Engineering Student Community Actively Learning Advanced Technical Entrepreneurship) is Rose-Hulman's first-year living-learning community focused on entrepreneurship, with approximately 50 students per cohort. Participants take EMGT100 (Introduction to Entrepreneurship) and EMGT175 (Personal Finance), receive peer mentoring from upperclassmen and alumni, and gain automatic membership in the RISE student club. RISE (Rose Innovative Student Entrepreneurs) is the student-run entrepreneurship club hosting workshops, speaker series, the Founders' Group for serious startup founders, and the annual Engineerathon event. Delta Rho Sigma is a co-ed professional entrepreneurship fraternity offering hands-on startup experience. The Entrepreneurial Studies Minor (20 credits, 5 courses) is available through the Engineering Management department.
