Provides coworking, private offices, wet lab space, weekly programming, and expert mentorship for technology companies. Houses 50+ companies. Pre-revenue, pre-legal formation, pre-product-market-fit stage focus. Also hosts community programs: Brick City Entrepreneurship Training (minority Newark residents), Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) matching underrepresented founders with NJIT IP ($13K stipend, 6 months). Integrated with NJII Venture Studio and NJIT Venture Fund.
