Public-private partnership with $17.55M total investment (JobsOhio, REDI Cincinnati, Butler County, City of Oxford, private donors). Houses RedHawk Launch Accelerator, RedHawk Ventures, 1809 Capital, entrepreneurship training center, Butler County SBDC, co-working, and maker space. Anchor tenant: Fischer Group (manufacturing innovation extension). Led by Randi Thomas, VP of ASPIRE at Miami. Targets 3 startups/year. Partners include Cintrifuse regional innovation network.
