Flagship annual pitch competition run by the Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Branded as "Pitch Day" for 2026 with a $25,000 prize pool and 6 finalists competing live. Previously known as "Startup Montclair" with historically larger prize pools (up to $80,000 via TeleBrands founder AJ Khubani). Prizes structured as non-dilutive cash awards with no equity taken. The Ignite Entrepreneurs program also runs a parallel pitch competition offering up to $10K for past and present Ignite participants. Winners may advance to UPitchNJ (statewide collegiate competition). Sponsored by TeleBrands / AJ Khubani (alumnus) historically.
