Ohio Third Frontier funded translational research program. CWRU is the only Ohio institution to receive 8 consecutive $500K/year awards ($4M+ total). Two cycles per year: biomedical/life sciences and non-biomedical/engineering. $50K-$150K per project with 1:1 cost share requirement. Requires provisional patent. 19+ projects funded, $12M+ follow-on funding attracted. Program Director: Walid Jalabi (TTO).
