About the program · 2 linked sources

The Brown Venture Prize supports advanced ventures founded by Brown students that have identified a significant opportunity. The venture-support page says the prize pool is $50,000. The prize page says ventures must include at least one current Brown undergraduate or graduate student as a founder. Students graduating that academic year are eligible. Teams are encouraged, and solo founders may apply. Students from other institutions may participate if a Brown student is a founder. The page says many teams move from grants to B-Lab to the venture prize, and that applying to both B-Lab and the prize is allowed.

This listing was compiled from public university pages on October 8, 2026. It is unclaimed and has not been confirmed by the school or a program director.
