The Global Entrepreneur in Residence (GEIR) program helps qualified international graduates continue work on their startups while mentoring Babson entrepreneurs and obtaining cap-exempt H-1B visas. Housed at the Blank Center. Entrepreneurs spend 10-15 hours/week mentoring Babson students and alumni. Babson charges $12K fee for alumni and $15K for non-Babson graduates. GEIRs in good standing can qualify for cap-exempt H-1B for three years. Application cycle closes December 1, 2026.
