The Baylor New Venture Competition is a globally ranked business plan and elevator pitch competition with more than $200,000 in cash prizes and a $50,000 first-place award. Collegiate teams from accredited not-for-profit universities compete through an executive summary, a business plan, and on-campus finals.
The Baugh Center will host the 14th annual competition on April 16–17, 2027 at Baylor's Foster Campus. Finals are Saturday, April 17, 2027. Round-one entries were due 11:59 p.m. (CST) on October 1, 2026.
