About the event
The New Venture Challenge (NVC) is Purdue Innovates Incubator's flagship student pitch competition — a six-workshop series culminating in a finals pitch at the Purdue Innovates Startup and Technology Expo. Four teams shared a combined $50,000 in non-dilutive prizes in 2026.
2026 winners: echoSURE ($22,500, First Place + Crowd Favorite), VitaWave Tech ($15,000, Second Place), CalcGPT, and Kova Group. 25 teams participated; 10 finalists; top 5 pitched to judges.
Next cycle: Submissions for the 2027 New Venture Challenge will be solicited in January 2027.
