The Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (IIE) is the central entrepreneurship hub at The University of Texas at Dallas, housed in the Naveen Jindal School of Management since 2006. Executive Director Steve Guengerich leads IIE in coordinating all campus entrepreneurship and research commercialization activities with the Office of Research and Innovation. IIE administers CometX, Draper Pitch Competition, Blackstone LaunchPad, the UT Dallas Seed Fund, and the Venture Development Center, and offers academic programs including the MS in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and undergraduate minor.
